QUERY: iPhone & WhatsApp

I love MyPhoneExplorer because I can interface with my HTC Desire and send text messages using keyboard rather than thumbeling with the awkward touch screen keyboard. Actually I used to be quite good at typing on the HTC Desire... but somehow I lost it... maybe my fingers are not good anymore.

Anyway, in a couple of months time my contract runs out and am wanting to get an iPhone 4. Will MyPhoneExplorer support iPhone 4? If not, does anyone know any other Windows app similar to MyPhoneExplorer for iPhone?

Also, I like using WhatsApp... and wondering if MyPhoneExplorer can interface with it to send messages?

FJ has stated many times that MPE will not support the iPhone.

dupondt, as far as I know you can't for example send SMS from iTunes?!

Anyway, it would be really great if this app would support iphone (I used it very much on my SE years ago) - I would even pay for some app like this for my iPhone...

Seriously: AFAIK Apple most likely wouldn't allow an app like MPE to be sold in their App Store as it would (at least partly) duplicate the functionality of iTunes (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Approval_o ... strictions).
