Outlook sync issue - working only partly

Hi,
I'm on new rom android 2.3.5, myphone explorer seems to work fine, it indicates items are going to be added to phone calendar but after xxx ok and what seems to be normal operations, nothing is recorded in pc sync calendar, neither elsewhere!

No new entries possible in outlook = sync dead!

Do you have a clue?

@FrankV: Which version of MyPhoneExplorer you are using ?

MPE Client 1.0.14
PC (winXP/I7) 1.8.2
HTC Desire Z, so far no updates for this phone available.

I hope this may help, cause I'm dissapointed in Android/Outlook support..

I have been using My Phone Explorer for a long time and in Android environment since this summer. Haven't had any problem earlier with my calender sync (and still doesn't have any problem with my HTC Desire HD). I have started to migrate to an Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc. Everything works OK except for the calender sync. I can't see the option "PC sync" for Calender option (available for contact) in my SE arc and therefore it's impossible to sync the calender with my Outlook 2010. When I switch back to the HTC device everything is working OK.

Both phones run latest version of FJ software and SE is 2.3.4 and HTC is 2.3.3.
I have also seen the same problem with an SE Xperia Ray (my wifes phone). She also have a HTC Deisre HD that is working OK.

I wonder what the people without problem do different then the people with.

I sync yesterday several times @home pc, until no changes in calender appear. Went to work, sync there with MPE only (not outlook yet), got home and synced again. Now I have calendar a lot of entries double again - even though it took hours to erase doubles before (and testing, and scanning with scanpst for errors etc etc etc)
Now I found ODIR (remove dublicate items in outlook) but is no solution.

So for now MPE is useless for me anyway.
One tried saturday Android SyncManagerWIFI too, but also fails.
Companionlink I don't even try - too many problems there with Outlook.
Android sync not tested yet (because of the lack of syncin tasks).

So my only hope is now MPE. If MPE can't solve the issues then I have to goto HTCsync again or even buy another phone without Android......

For now I take my 5yr old HTCS710 only for sync with ActiveSync with me... That one does the job perfectly.... :-O

Amazing that sync takes so much troubles in 2011? MAybe it's my fault but would like to know what then.

@esteban: Install client Version 1.0.14 from market

@Frank: The most riskful thing is to "test" multiple sync-softwares. We try to fix your problems step by step:
- open MyPhoneExplorer Client on the phone, go to settings and on "Calendars to sync" unselect all except "PC Suite" (this is the only local calendar)
- in MyPhoneExplorer on PC click on the second button in the toolbar of the organizer "Download entire"
- overview the appointments just to check if there are any duplicates
- in the advanced sync settings for Outlook in MyPhoneExplorer on PC do NOT disable the confirmation window. This window protects you from deleting multiple dupes cause it shows what MyPhoneExplorer wants to do before actions are done
- check also the time-filter

then try the sync. At beginning i would recommend "Force Outlook->phone".

If this is all done then i hope we have a clearer problem description
