Hi there, actually I can explain what is going on.
As I see mikhan is living in one of the former SovietUnion countries, as me.
And in such countries to place local call we add "8" before number not "0".
This is the point.
As I understand is number begins with the "0" the "+" is not added.
I am using version 1.5.4. Can you send us exact place of byte offset that we can change ourselves ONLY , so I need the byte offset that which will change "0" to "8" as a char before which "+" i snot added??? |

Many North American (USA & Canada) users use 10-digit phone numbers in their cell phones. These numbers do not begin with "0", so they get a "+" added on, which is incorrect. Sure, we can edit all our phone numbers to begin "+1", but that is far from convenient. |
