Doesn't recognize new Outlook photos or cancellations in cal

After a fair amount of fiddling around and clearing the contact and calendar storage on the phone, I was able to get the phone updated and it seemed to match Outlook.

Over the weekend I added a dozen pictures to various outlook entries and this morning I canceled an appointment in Outlook.

I re-ran sync and afterwards none of new pictures were on the phone nor was the appointment canceled?

I need to know that every new contact, change in address or phone, and changes in appointments make their way to the phone.

I ran sync twice and it didn't matter, the changes still didn't make it to the phone.

What am I missing here? Why aren't all changed in Outlook being made to the phone?

Contact-Photos are not compared on sync, there has to be also onther diffrence

Caus eappointment: Was it just canceled or deleted ?
