When I first found your program I thought it was great. I put some good comments online and told some friends to try it.
Now I am having a problem and can not find support.. I posted a question and did not get a reply. I am having problems with the program and can not find answers.
After syncing several times with no problem, I try syncing a few days ago and it made several duplicates in my Outlook. After manually deleting them, I try syncing again forcing Outlook to phone. This time duplicates showed up in the Phone Explorer program and Outlook. Now when I open Phone Explorer it has several X's and trys to sync. It takes a very long time and stops in the middle of syncing. It also says I have 2,000 entries when I only have 1,000.
So now this program is not working and I posted a question about it and no one answered.

It is freeware so by and large we are on our own though the author does post here as well.
In terms of duplicates, I would recommend...
Ensuring that there are none in Outlook (use something like ODIR to remove any)
Make a backup of your Outlook contacts folder
Wipe all contacts from the phone
Set up MPE sync option to copy all data onto the phone
Set up sync (both ways) - resync.
Check that data is correct in Outlook and on phone.
Tip - don't forget some settings are on the phone client for MPE.

Thanks.. I know it Freeware, but I did donate something a while back.. I ended up deleting the program from my desktop. I removed all the duplicates from Outlook. Reinstalled the program and did a sync. All seems back to normal now.

Dublicates in Phone Explores
Well I am back to the same problem. I really can't understand because no setting were changed and it just started posting duplicates. As I said in my last reply, I deleted all the duplicates in Outlook, removed Phone Explorer from my computer. Reinstalled it again and did a sync. All was perfect until I did another sync today and I am back with duplicates. It also takes a very long time to sync where as before it would sync in a few minutes.
Very frustrating.... I will try to fix again. All my settings on the phone and the computer are as they should be. Anyway, Thanks

Sorry for the delay, i do my best but inbetween its impossible for me to answer the whole forum every day...
You said that the sync did need very long, this could be a hint that the connection did break. The current beta handles this issues better: http://www.fjsoft.at/files/MyPhoneExplo ... Update.exe
Take care on the first sync cause there are several new fields supported now. If you are on equal state then do as usual. If you still get duplicates then please send me the logfile zipped via email directly after sync (its not needed to sync the duplicates onto device, its also possible to abort the sync before it starts to write data onto the phone)
