No sms sync on MPE after using GO SMS PRO

Hi everybody, I experienced a problem after using GO SMS PRO instead the sms app installed originally in my LG Optimus One with Android 2.2
After I install the new sms app , I didn't receive anymore the sms on MyphoneExplorer 1.8.1 running on PC with XP.
I can send sms from PC and they are sent without problems and SMS GO see them on the phone.
Is it normal or i have to make something on MPE setup or on the setup of sms app on the phone ?
