can't open COM3 !!!

Hi there

Big up for this usefull software (MyPhoneExplorer)

I'm on
- windows xp sp2
- mpe 1.5.4
- usb cable
- sony ericsson w810i

The problem:
when I try to synchronize the phone, I have the error:
can't open COM3 !!!
what can I do ?
I think the problem come (working well before) when I install sony ericsson firmware update, because at this time he ask me to install a driver & I say yes.
I have uninstalled the software but can't try to synchronize.
I try to delete drivers from what I find whith "sony ericsson" but unfortunately, nothing.

Please help me
