I am using MPE with Droid X, 2.3.3, rooted. I have been using MPE For about 5 months, using wireless sync with desktop. I have updated to new version and am on 1.8.1.
My memory status never shows in the box. I searched the forum for some help or direction and maybe I just missed it?
Does this only work with USB? Can it obtain memory status info through wireless?
When I first tried to use MPE, I tried with USB and could never get consistent sync. Wireless works flawlessly and I love it.
Thanks for any help. |

I did not implement the G-Multiplier (Gigabyte) But even if i would did - makes it sense to show 6 Gigabyte of 14 Gigabyte free ? Its e very high rounded value which comes from Android system |

I did not see an explanation as to why my memory status is not showing up in the MPE memory status box? Are you saying that the G multiplier is causing it not to show up? I have a 16 GB micro SD, 8GB of internal memory. My phone stats show that I have 6.08 GB free of internal memory and 8.06 free on SD card.
I would just like to see at a glance from MPE interface what my memory status is when I am syncing and transferring files.
Thank you. |

The problem i meaned: Even if i implement the G-Multiplier then the value is very unexactly cause it shows only f.e. 6 GB, never a exact value like 1,26 GB. The other phones use Megabyte Multiplier which is much mor exact. Would it help to have just this unexact values ? |

If I understand your response, you are saying that without the G-multiplier, MPE by default uses MB for memory status readout, which is more accurate? If that is correct, I understand this and am not concerned about GB vs. MB readout. My problem is that I have no memory status readout at all. I just have two gray disc icons and empty categories "Phone Memory: " "Used: " "Free: " "Total: " etc.
When I first click on the "Memory Status" option in MPE, the screen flickers and it looks like it is trying to load the data but then just goes blank.
Thanks again. |

Just wanted to add this is also on the n 1
EDIT:
I think this was working in previous versions if i remember correctly.
Or it may have been the R0M version that was allowing it to work correctly.
EDIT II.
By the way, should not the memory status and monitor be in the same place ? , maybe you had a reason for this. I'm still getting used to MPE. |
