Vivaz contact sync via USB

Hello,
got a problem with phone contacts synchronization - when I want to download contacts from my Vivaz via USB cable I always get a message that phone was not recognized. But sms downloading to MPE is ok without any problem.
Bluetooth connection not possible, using 1.8.1 version of MPE.
Any ideas, please?

Oh, that must be cool, but Vivaz is not an Android phone...

How to create a Debug-Log?

This can be found in the MyPhoneExplorer in "File->Settings" click on "Show Log file"
or (if the MyPhoneExplorer crashed (note: reopen MPE deletes old Debug.log)):
Windows -> Start -> Run (or on Vista/Win 7 just type into the field):
%appdata%
Go to the folder "MyPhoneExplorer", open the file Debug.txt and post the content into your thread!
(It might be a good idea to modify your IMEI with the String "IMEI" or something you prefer Wink before you post the log ).

The Vivaz is compatible to MyPhoneExplorer but it has a bug in the interface which makes problems in the binary mode when Bluetooth is used. Only fix: do NOT use Bluetooth, use the USB-Cable
