Connecting S E Xperia 10 to MyPhoneExplorer

I would like help with unsuccessful connection, via USB. I have latest SW on the PC, but I get the error Msg: 'No device attached to USB'. Do I also need to download the SW to the Phon also? If so what SW?(USB connection is OK cause I can see my Phone's Mem. card) Thanks.

1) if you use USB you dont need to install the software. It gets installed by first connection.

2) you should only use "charge only" instead of "hard disk mode" (or something similiar) when connecting the phone with your pc via usb!

3) I think you might not have enabled usb debugging! Please read the guide!
