OBEX Errorcode: 00 - Phone didn't answer, sync very slow

Hi

Your program is the best on the market for syncing with outlook but it takes way to long time to sync, even if it is the first time.

I have approx. 1800 items in my calendar in OL and 500 in my phone. The sync started at 14:45 and it is now 19:20 still running the first time sync. The GUI says it is controlling the events in the program, running in swedish so maybe wrong translation, and when I check the log it seems to take 10-20 seconds per item and the response is sometimes as in this post's subject: OBEX Errorcode: 00 - Phone didn't answer

The log file is almost 4 Mb large so it is a lot of info to scan through...

Greatful for any help to solve this with slow sync.

I am using Windows XP SP3, MPE 1.8.1 and Outlook 2003 with Exchange (not connected to the server during sync).

More info, I did let it run to 100% which took more than 6 hours and now it's quicker with syncing than the initial sync. I think it is only the first one that takes a lot of time but it would be nice with an info about it so people like me don't think it is wrong, even if 6 hour is way too long even for an initial sync (in my humble opinion).

It is now running perfectly and it seems to fulfill my needs for contacts and calendar, hopefully it will be supporting tasks and notes in the future...

6 hours is much too long. If you see again such a slow sync then please take a look what needs so long or post the logfile after such a slow sync.
