new version 1.5.0 - sync with outlook? How?

Just downloaded the new version 1.5.0 which is supposed to have direct sync to Outlook for contacts and calendar. I can see no way to do this!?!? How do i direct sync to Outlook?!? I definitely have the new version installed, but it seems to be no different to the old version?!?!

Please advise.
