GW620 cannot connect via USB

Hello,

My phone cannot connect through USB. Wifi works like a charm but is
not an option for me since I dont have it at the office.

My phone registers at COM5 and MyPhoneExplorer finds it showing the message at the windows taskbar.

But when i'm trying to connect MyPhoneExplorer cant find the GW620.

The GW620 is an LG Android phone
