MPE 1.7.6 and AVG Free Edition 2011 - 10.0.1191

Whenever AVG does a system scan, it moves IconLib.dll into the virus vault. Without this file, MPE does not open up. Everytime I go the AVG virus vault and restore the file back to its place. This I need to do whenever the system scan happens. Request you to please help me out with any alternatives that you might have for this.

this is an known AVG related problem. Please contact AVG to fix this as soon as possible. In the mean time, maybe there is a possibility to set up an exception for this file in AVG?
