Problems loading SMS from 'sent items'

Hi,

First off, brilliant program! VERY happy that it'll work on my Android phone which I plan to buy in May 2011!!! My donation will be forthcoming shortly...

In preparation for the migration, I'm trying to archive my SMS's to Excel. Used to be able to get 'FMA' running, but that has also been problematic, and fortunately I've stumbled onto MPE!!!!

My problem is as follows :- I cannot 'sync' or 'download' all 3488 SMS's in my 'sent items' folder. I press the 'download entire' icon when in the 'sent items' folder, and it starts counting... Up to 700... And then the download terminates, without displaying any messages. Sad

I've read the FAQ, but other than a possible timeout, I don't think it's a connection problem, as the "inbox" with it's 500 entries works 100%.

Mr. Deauville, I did follow your instructions per your signature, and searched the forum, found a related entry, but no solution. http://www.fjsoft.at/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10878

I've copied the contents of the debug file, (except when cutting vastly repetitious content), so I'm hoping there could be a solution available?

Could the 1000 "Settimeout: WT" value be a problem? I also notice a "CMS ERROR: 500" entry?

This is the problem. A common error only on Symbian-Phones. A corrupt SMS blocks the read out, the only way to fix is to find and delete the corrupt message

Any tips on how I can identify the corrupt sms? Do I just need to open them all in sequence, and the one which does not want to open is the corrupt one?

You cannot identify this message. The error can be also raised cause of the high amount of messages
