Outlook sync messes up title/prefix field

All my contacts in Outlook have full names, such as "Mr. John H. Smith".

When synced to the phone (Android), the Title (Mr.) is moved to the Job Title field on the phone. It replaces whatever value was in the Job Title field.

This is a problem, please advise on workaround / status of fix.

Using Outlook 2010 32-bit, Nexus S 2.3.1

The name suffix is not synced either.

In the name Mr. John H. Smith III, the suffix is III.

It is lost in the sync to Android.
