Best Mode to be in when connecting

I have found this a great program as I was looking to replace a birdiesync and Windows PDA combination and Thunderbird.

Which mode do others use Charge Only/HTC Sync/Disk Drive/USB Tethering?

I use Disk Drive but not sure if this causes issues or is the best.

The best way should be to enable USB-Debugging in the Android settings and the choose "Charge only".
Some HTC models do also work good it you select "HTC Sync", but it is recommended to choose the way above.
If you choose "Disk drive", MyPhoneExplorer is not able to access files on your phone.
