Some contacts do not update

I think you have a very worthy product and have sent you a donation. Currently I use a Galaxy S phone, Windows 7 and Outlook 2010. I have noticed that some contacts do not update from Outlook to phone. It is just a few.

The other thing I have noticed that that names get changed. Now at this point I cannot tell if it is myphoneexplorer or something else. But names and photos get changed. I will report is I find this to be MFE.

Where are the diffrences of the items ? New phonenumber, or name changed,... ?

Names sometimes change but rest of the data remains correct. And the pics or icons will some time change. This is all on old entries. I have over 600 names so I have have not had the time to look at all of this at this point. But most seem to be right.

The contactpicture gets not compared during sync. But a changed name should be detected, as long the field "First name" or "Last name" is changed in Outlook

The entry was in MPE desktop but not in the phone. I had to delete it from MPE and then we add the contact from outlook. It worked.

I discovered that any CONTACTS in OUTLOOK which do not have a phone number are missed out when syncing into MPE Desktop. These are contacts which contain useful postal or email addresses and it would be useful to include them on my phone. Known issue?

Its not a issue, its the default setting. Go to Menu-File-Settings-Sync-Contacts-Advanced-Exceptions
