Phone could not be identified - connection problems

Hi,
I used MyPhoneExlorer earlier couple times just to archive my sms when the count of it was close to 1000. I was always connecting via bluetooth. Earlier everything worked fine. Now I can't connect.
I tried the "Search for device" button from the settings and also all the COM ports offered one by one by pressing F1...

I tried this for K800i - firmware version R1ED001 and C902 - firmware version R3CA038

I am using this BT adapter:

I am using Win XP SP3 with all the updates. I updated to MPE 1.8.0. but same problems were with some earlier version.

When I was not sucessfull with connecting via bluetooth, I installed USB drivers and connected via USB. Synchronisation was OK, I downloaded all the messages but about 30% of messages are corrupted. In some cases half of the message is normal but the rest contains some nonsence characters like: "Vu$aßN&au" In other cases whole message corrupted.

Can you help me with this?

In Screen 1 you see a service called "My Bluetooth Serial Port". Run this service manually before you start the connection with MPE, this should helpü

Mobile was not found even by using Search for device

Hi, I finally found time to test it and it works

When I use the quick connect option via serial port, the phone is found by MPE...
