Problem syncing Vivaz

I'm having problems when synchronising Vivaz..
On phonebook, calendar, notes synching stages MPE returns "OBEX Error: Phone didn't answer".
I've tried all the 3 com ports which are connected to Vivaz. But it doesn't work. Any ideas?

The right COM ports are listed under "modems".
Did you mean/try this ones?

Take out the battery of the phone for a minute, try it again and if it still fails then post the logfile here. Ensure also that PC-Companion and PC-Suite is NOT started while working with MPE.
