Sync with Outlook 2007

When I sync with Outlook 2007 I get a list of entries I am asked to either leave on the phone or delete. This list is really long. How do I set the software to ignore all previou entries and just sync new ones

you could move the timerange more days in past, or you work without time-range

Cannot snyc Outlook 2007 contacts...or download phone contacts. Get this error on phone:

Force close Report
Using USB and Wi-Fi connection give same results.

Installed version on PC is 1.8.0
Phone is HTC EVO
Windows 7 on PC
