Calendar sync error with TZID=Etc/UTC

Most of my calendar settings have synched correctly, however one seems to have been encoded differently, which causes MPE to put it at the wrong time in both MPE on my PC and the phone. It is displayed correctly in Zimbra, Lightning and Outlook 2007, but MPE displays it at 0500-0700

The exported ics entry looks like

I think I imported this into zimbra (via outlook) from a file downloaded from the web, which is why it is different. Is there any way of getting MPE to display this correctly?
