Can MPE do this (connecting and syncing)?

I am struggling to get the exact settings that work for me.
This is what I'd like and was how MS ActiveSync works on my old phone...

1) Load MPE at startup but keep minimised (I can do that by placing shortcut in Startup folder and setting options im MPE)
2) Don't try and connect if phone is not connected via USB
3) If I connect phone to cable - connct and sync
4) Carry out sync (if phone is connected) every x minutes.

2 and 3) Normally you get only a balloontip when MPE cannot connect at startup. The errormessage is a bug in the current version. If MyPhoneExplorer did try to build up a connection then it will connect automatically if you plug the phone later

4) this is not possible and not planned
