Cannot Run MyPhoneExplorer

I successfully installed MyPhoneExplorer.

Upon trying to start it, the program instead, starts the install program of another application I have on my computer. It starts the install app for Roxio MyDVD. This app was installed via OEM and I have not touched it.

To verify, I uninstalled MyPhoneExplorer, and reinstalled it...same issue.
