MPE client shuts down during startup

Hi,

After having used MPE for a month without any problems, the desktop client has as of three days ago stopped working.

When I start the client, it gets to the connection screen, and as soon as it connects to the phone(or fails), the whole client disappears(even when it successfully connects). I have checked task manager, and it is not running in the background somewhere, it just shuts down.

I tried uninstalling it an installing a new copy, only with the same result.

I use an HTC Desire with 2,2, and am running Win7 64bit on the computer connecting via WiFi.

I love the program, so I would like to get it working again soon! Any suggestions?

PS: I was unable to find a debug.txt for you in the mpe directory.

Try this:
- Start-Run-%appdata%-OK
- there is a folder called MyPhoneExplorer, rename it to MyPhoneExplorer_backup and try it again -> does it help ?

Hmm, but it would be interesting which data caused MPE to crash. If you want you can send me your renamed folder so i can reproduze and fix the bug
