Alert in taskbar when MPE is waiting for sync confirmation

When I start a Sync i get the please wait window showing up in the taskbar with the MPE window having a 'working' green line that moves across it, but I don't see any difference when MPE is syncing but waiting for my confirmation of the actions to take in a sync.
Is there a possibility of this window popping up in the task bar so that it alerts me to come back to MPE and confirm sync actions so that sync can continue?

There is a sync-confirmation but only for sync with third-party-apps (f.e. Outlook)
