Myphoneexplorer closes down as it is loading up - Was fine!

Hi there, I am using Myphone explorer and when i click to launch it as usual a small white square come sup in task bar with a red cross on it and then teh program stops loading? It was working fine.

I did download some windows updates a week or two before but not sure if that had any effect. What is teh best way pelase to fix this without losing all my previously stored messages and info / settings.

Hi I took a risk and updated myphoen explorer to recent version - all seems fine thanks and have my old info.

Hi I put my computer to sleep and then came back an hour later opened up and clicked myphoneexplorer tab and it failed same as before small white square and a red cross. Someone pelase help me find out how to stop this happening. will try and install it again but i have now installed the new version and this is happening?

I am on 1.8 and using a SE C510

do you use AVG Antivirus software?

there seems to be a glice with the current avg version:
