Bug navigation to set date-time for sent messages

When I manually set up the date in the sent messages, the navigation could be better.

Assume I have: 2010.10.21 08:43

To set the date on an old text message, i would click on the month. It is selected.

Then i type:

• 05 (month)

• . (period)

• 05 (day)

• TAB

At this point, 43 (minutes) is selected instead of 08 (hours). I think it should select the hours so i can type:

• 20 (hours)

• . (period)

• 12 (minutes)

If this can be fixed, it would save me a lot of time...

If it helps, what I noticed is that when I change to "date" or "time" field, it somewhat takes me to the "part of the field" that I last edited.
