SMS marked as read

Hi

Just downloaded and installed MyPhoneExplorer.
Great little program.

When I recieve a SMS the program notifies my, I open it and I read it.
But on my phone it is still unread.
I use HandSent SMS on my phone, which i a HTC Legend.

Is this something I can change somewhere?
