I have successfully downloaded MPE & made a sync.
On my computer the MPE calender also was in sync. (Somewhat difficult to read the letters)
In my X10 all contacts were fine and could be used.
BUT there is no calender to find.
The standard calender is the Google calender, and that is of no use.
What could I do to get a functioning calender in my phone?
It would be wonderful to get this in order as well.
Greetings |

As far as i know you have to register on Google to use the phones calendar. but you can disable the sync to google so the events will not be synched with Google. |

Hi FJ & thanks you for the reply.
The problem was probably a somewhat corrupt download....
I did it all again & now it is working beatufully.
Will you add the "Tasks" from Outlook to the sync in the future?
I´ll put in a donation for the good work done.
Sincerely

I am having the same problem as you described. Contacts are being correct synced between outlook 2007 and MPE both on the phone and on teh client sw on my pc. Calender items are not being synced to my phone, but only from outlook to the client sw on my pc. When the sync is running it states that the phone is being written to - but nothin appears on the calender on the phone.
I am using the standard calender on my phone. Do I need to install another calender or how do I solve it?

@esswe: There is no native Tasks-App on the phone so i cannot implement a task-sync
@karl: Its a known little bug in the current version of the client. Please create at least one Appointment in your phone before you sync again |

Hi FJ, I'm currenlty using notes but it seems not possible to browse and select local names.nsf file for Adressbook nor my local Email nsf file for the calendar. do you intend to provide the options? Poit is Domino server is located in a different country, and i found more easy to synchrolize with Local (quicker). i think this is possible with Outlook in your programm.
Otherwise it is a great programm for i will donate to support this initiative.

Yes I can, and i have. after selecting from the pop up menu list Lotus notes as application , i need to go into the advanced button & setup.
Then Soft required, Password & Domino server....basically i have not the option to browse down to the adress book names or calendar file ....
Then i have obiously an error message saying that the Lotus notes directory structure could not be read/ found. |

OK, in the window where normally your calendars are listed (and where you get the errormessage) you can also insert the full path to the database-file. Then click on OK and try |
