Import Contacts from Outlook

Hi is is possible to import contacts from outlook?

Export as vCard or *.csv -> import in MyPhoneExplorer. In the next version direct sync with Outlook.

I like to import adresses from thunderbird adressbook, using the csv-file created by Thunderbird gives me the message the csv-file isn't compatible with MyPhoneExplorer.
Am I missing something Maybe?

Export the addresses from Thunderbird as LDIF-File
