Adding contry code in multiple entries/names?

Any idea about how to add country code in multiple numbers in one go?

Some (hundreds) of my contacts are missing the code. I can easily sort in the table view, so the ones that need the same editing appear together, but any good idea about adding for example +45 (Denmark where I come from) to a whole selected block?
