Sending a question mark (?) but received as a quote (")

Hi there,

Every time I send a message with question mark (?) it becomes a quote (") at the receiving end. Any suggestion ?

I think this is the problem. There are many known problems if you use MyphoneExplorer in a Double-Byte-Character Environment ( = Chinese languagesetting)
