It saves only a portion of my sms

I've read the FAQ and also other discussions but I haven't found answer.

I use last 1.7.6 version with SE Vivaz
Program is easy and very confortable to use but when I sync to look and save my sms (sent and received) it doesn't save all.
I have only 60 sms sent and about 105 received but only a portion oh them are saved...
no one sms from/to operator for example
But also several sms from/to my friends are missing...
It seems that they are all present until last 22/06 but no one more recent

I tried to restart program, reconnect the smartphone then also reinstall program but without solving the problem.

Have you any idea ?

I don't think the issue comes from myPhoneExplorer, Symbian-Phones have a buggy softwareinterface which often makes problems. Restart your phone and take out the battery for a minute - maybe this helps

Ok, I'll try, hoping to resolve.
Because the feature to backup completely sms (also modifyng data stamp in sent sms) is so good !
