While sending SMS i have CMS ERROR: 500 - Unknown Error

While trying to send message i have this "CMS ERROR: 500 - Unknown Error" error. I have tested it with two different machine and have same issue. However all other functionality are working fine and there are no issue while using them.

Please help me to resolve this.

I have added my country code also to see its working or not but no success.

Both give same error.

The error comes drirectly from phone. It has nothing to do with MyPhoneExplorer or the PC. You can try a restart of the phone. If this does not help then maybe a Firmware-Upgrade of the phone would help. If you do this - don't forget to make a backup with the PC-Suite first.

Before the update: Does the sending of SMS with the phone (without MPE) work ? A wrong ServiceCenter-Number or no signal could also raise this problem.

if you are saying that "can you use your phone with pc-suite?" then my answer is YES.

I can perform all functionalists of PC Suite for W960i without any issue.

For the W960i you cannot send SMS with the PC-Suite - i forgot about that.
The last thing you could try is to add the country-prefix to the recipient-number. If its still not working then i have no idea why the phone reports an error.

But I can send "flash sms". You can try this by pressing the flash button in the New message form.

I would like to use Info SMS. (MyPhoneExplorer v. 1.8.0)
I would like to send the message to a few recepients.
My problem is, the phone numbers are not in the phone book of the mobile.

In this case, if I write only one phone number, the message will be send successfully.

But when I write two numbers, I can not send the message, I receive this:
CMS Error 500

I try to write the numbers in multifarious style:
xxxxxxxxxxx; xxxxxxxxxxx
or
xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxx
or
[xxxxxxxxxxx]; [xxxxxxxxxxx]
but I receive the same message.


Please help me, how can I send message in info SMS to more phone numbers?
