1.7.6 seems to have installed the 'MyPhoneExplorer' COM Add-In to Microsoft Outlook, even though I have all my sync settings purposely set to 'Only MyPhoneExplorer' in the MPE app itself.
Try and ignore the fact our IT dept still has me using Outlook 2002, but it gives the most annoying dialog "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook" with the option to allow for a specified number of minutes, max 10minutes. I believe this error is also possible with newer versions of Outlook, although easier to get around.
MyPhoneExplorer should not install or enable the COM addin for Microsoft Outlook unless Outlook has been chosen in the 'sync' page of the MyPhoneExplorer options.
