There is a way I found to transfer all your contacts to Outlook. It's a bit of a hack, so you have to be careful and I would always recommend you take a backup of your phone and the MPE directories before doing anything like this.
1) Go to c:\documents and settings\[username]\application data\myphoneexplorer\[profilename]
2) Take a copy of phonebook.dat and paste it somewhere else (like desktop, my documents, etc.)
3) Rename the file to phonebook.vcf
You should now be able to import this vCard File into Outlook through the normal channels.

Why always using hacks if there are already existing features for it ?
Possibility 1) Select the contacts->rightclick->Import/Export->Export selected entries-> as csv-File->Open the file in Excel
Possibility 2) Select/Unselect the shown columns with xxx on the list-header -> choose Menu-Extras-Current list-Open with Excel
