Changes on my phone does not get synch with the software

Hi There,
I can easily synch my phone with the MyPhoneExplorer software. Changes in the sofware take place in the phone right away after I start synching. Changes in phone does not take place in the software even I attempt to synch. If I want to changes enter into the software I have to reinstall the software. Any suggestion? it might be a setting that I have consider to make sure synch is both way. My phone is SE Z750. Thanks

Instead of reinstalling you could also use the "Download entire"-Button. But normally the changes in phone gets also synced to MPE. Sync the phone, edit a entry in the phone and sync again. then post the logfile here (Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile)
