Encoding problem on splash screen

Hello,

I've found that in version 1.7.5 there is a problem with text encoding on MPE splash screen.



As you can see there is problem with text 'Wiadomości' - it displays 'œ' instead of 'ś'. There are also problems with other words that are displayed there but they dissappear so quickly that I didn't managed to make a screenshot

I'm using Windows XP SP3 (Polish) if that's important
