is it possible to upload sms from MPE onto my phone?
I have a W810i and was wondering if it is possible to take messages downloaded into MPE and upload them to my phone? You see, I have a new SIM card and I would like to get the messages I took form the old one back on to the phone.

FJ,
I'm lost with the following - I have created the export.sms (assume I have to do one for 'Sent', one for 'Inbox' and one for 'drafts'...
but changing 'the profile of the new phone, import the messages into the SMS-Archive' and f there you can upload them to phone.
Whats the step by step please?
Many thanks,
Jon

Thanks FJ,
I was looking from within MPE. not at the source file.
However, next question - i have uploaded the export.sms file back to my phone (Sony C905) but this defaults to a folder named 'other' on the memory stick or phone. With no options to move this folder to either the sent/inbox/draft directory. I can find no directory on either the phone or memory stick where I should copy this file to.
Thanks,
Jon

FJ,
Finally there
1) Export file to *.sms
2) Import file *.sms to MPE (either right click, or open file and it will auto import automatically to Messages archive)
3) Go to Message Archive(computer)
4) Highlight messages to import
5) right click and 'copy to phone' (note: if copy to phone greyed out upload in batches (think the limit is 1000)
Voila!
