G900 not working properly

Hello,

I am a new user of MPE and I really find this a great product and very easy to use and work on THANKS to FJ !!

After several trials I was able to run MPE(latest version) on my PC through mRouter port and MPE is recognizing my phone initially , but I am finding the following problems:

1. Synchronizing and backup sometimes work partially and sometimes it says "Unable to read the phone" or "Phone not recognized", even if the MPE started successfully.
2. I am not seeing all of my SMS(Only showing Inbox and not SENT or my custom sms folders) and other items properly.

Any help would be appreciated.

This issues are known for Symbian-Phones and they are not fixable (cause they are bugs from the phone). Please note: Its not recommened to work with Symbian-Phones over Bluetooth. Use the datacable instead

Thanks for your reply. FYI I am using datacable and not Bluetooth.

Can you please suggest me any other solution or workaround in my case?

Caus issue 2: refrseh the messagelist and then send me the logfile via email - i'll take a look at it

Thanks, I have already emailed you the log files and please suggest me something out of that if possible.
Meanwhile can you please provide me any Url to download MPE 1.7.3, if any. I don't want it to download the same from anywhere, but just the authenticate resources like FJ itself. I just want to try that also, if that works for me.

Interesting. That may answer my question in another thread. I had a HTC die and I've gone back to my S/E K750I. The phone is old and the connector at the bottom does not work any more. I have external charger and a couple of batteries so can keep going that way. But Bluetooth just does not want work on 3 different PCs. But it used to work 2-3 years ago with MPE via bluetooth. What could the change have been? I'd really like to back those numbers up. I haven't done any BIOS changes to the phone. I can't make out why it would have changed.

@cooljogy: i have read your Logs. It seems that the phone-interface breaks down on reading messages - MyPhoneExplorer waits 90 seconds for answer but nothing happens. I don't think that there are changes in the SMS-Refresh between 1.7.3 and 1.7.4 but i know that i made a change in the last version. Its better you try it with v1.7.0. I uploaded it for you: www.fjsoft.at/files/MyPhoneExplorer_Setup_1.7.0.exe

Please tell me when you downloaded it so i can delete the file from my server.

Thank you for uploading the file and reviewing the log files.
I have downloaded the exe and now you can remove that.

I tried with v1.7.0, but faced the similar problem. I have already emailed you the revised log file and please go through that and let me know if anything could be done here to solve my problem.
