Sony W302 Syncronization

Hello,
As my old K300 isn't working anymore, I just bought a W302 (because it looked very similar) and I found it is not compatible with MyPhoneExplorer. I first though it would may be compatible in a later version but when I chequed for Sony PC suite, they say it can NOT be syncd with a computer. Can anybody tell me is this is final? Is there a possibility it would be compatible with MyPhoneExplorer in a future version? Is there some other software I can use.

This model has no softwareinterface so there is no chance that there will be a software which can communicate with theW302 as with common models.

If you have any chance please give the phone back and buy another one.

It is incredible Sony is building phones like this one. Without the syncronization feature the W302 is not better than a simple Nokia 1100. I wonder why there are controllers for serial modem if it can't communicate with sync. applications. I installed them. MyPhoneExplorer can even connect with the phone but then the sync fails.
I feel lost. hehehe. I need new phone because my old K300's microphone isn't working anymore and I don't know what to buy
