Syncing with Rainlendar 2.6

I've recently installed Windows 7 Premium, and installed MPE (latest).

My name is Andr (accent) e, (as in the french) which is the name I used installing Win 7, so MPE attempts to synchronise with Rainlendar Lite 2.6 in the directory -

C:\users\Andr(accent)e.\.rainlendar2\Default.ics.

However, during Multisync, it comes up with the error

"---------------------------
Error...
---------------------------
C:\Users\André\.rainlendar2\Default.ics

could not be created!
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------"

Note the odd characters between 'Andr' and the 'e'.

I would usually type my name 'Andr <Alt-Gr> e, UK keyboard. Just out of interest, I'll do that here to see how it shows in this post André. Yup, that shows here ok
