can we have an option to format the contacts of sim. i mean this option is there for phone memory..can we get for sim also.

It doesn't make sense cause for SIM-Contacts you have only a 16-chars limited Namefiled and one Numberfield. Besides this the access to SIM-Contacts is not really stable
