Restore SMS in phone memory

Hello,

I know that it's something that is probably hard to do.
But I used the Sony Ericsson PC Suite to save the SMSes I had without
knowing that It would delete them from the Phone memory.

With the Sony Ericsson program, it's impossible to get them back in the mobile phone, but I know it's the case in MyPhoneExplorer Program.

What I did is to save the texts in a .txt format (using PC Suite).
Is there some way I can create my own .sms file to get those messages back in the phone? Or create a .SMS file I would configure myself so it gets the right informations in it?

Do you have the messages in the archive of the PC-Suite ?

OK, then its alot of work.
Export a incoming and a outgoing message from MyPhoneExplorer into CSV-File. Take a look at the file. You can delete the colums "PDU" and "Storage", overwrite the cells of the other columns, save the CSV-File and import it back to myPhoneExplorer. Please make sure that you have installed the latest MyPhoneExplorer 1.7.4

it doens't work.
It says the CSV file is incompatible :S

Yes thank you.
I found my mistake : I deleted the entire PDU and Storage columns whereas I only had to delete the cells.

Export to PC and upload to phone

But maybe its beter to use the "Website-Export to Memorystick". In this way you can also read the messages directly on the phone.

I have the same problem after using SEUS to update phone sms ar goen from the phone.
I do have them in PC-Suite archive.
Is is possible to import via MyPhoneExplorer?

Install MPE, then update to the current beta
. Connect your phone, go to SMS-Archive->rightclick->Import->Import from PC-Suite Archive. You can upload the messages from the SMS-Archive (MPE) to phone
