Obex Error -Not recognizing Phone book

I am using GFive u808 phone with probably MT6225 processor.

I am connecting via bluetooth.The software tries to syncronize all items but fails on the first few items .It successfully connects the others.So it shows the SIM contents only and NOT the Phone contents, so Phone book(Phone) and Organizer(Phone are missing.It gives the following error:

Obex Protocol could not be initialized. OBEX Error:ERROR

This is t he only software that I could find on the web that recognizes my chinese phone (www.gfivemobile.com)

Please guide me soon.
