K610i Contacts Sync

I have recently started using MPE and on the whole I like it. I am however having several issues with it and I looked through the FAQ but did not find an answer so maybe you can help.

The files sync is OK.

The contacts sync is OK - somewhat. I see that it starts to sync but it gets to 185 out of 190 and then it gets stuck.
So firstly not all my contacts are synced.
Secondly, after I perform contacts sync my SE K610i remains in the synchronizing mode and the contacts page can't be reached. The only way to stop it is to turn it on and off again.
Thirdly after I perform the above contacts sync I can't perform any other MPE sync - the message I get is
"Obex protocol could not be initialized"
OBEX error.

BTW, I recently updated my K610i to the latest available software version.
I sync via bluetooth to my desktop computer which runs windows XP.

A known issue of the K610i and K800i. Do the following actions in the phone:
- Contacts-Options-Advanced-Backup to M.S.
- Contacts-Options-Advanced-Restore from M.S.
- restart the phone

Your suggestion below did help and I was able to synchronize the phone's memory. However, I mainly use my SIM for memory storage and the SIM continues to exhibit the same problem.

Any other suggestions or recommendations?

Its not recommened to manage the SIM-Contacts with external software cause the Softwareinterface for the SIM-Contacts is very problematic. Why you are using the SIM-Storage ?
