Hi there, my phone is a C901 when I sent sms through MPE, the sent status is not correct, it say failed, but the sms is sent succesfully, when I recieve a sms it don´t popup on my screen, i have to syncronice to see the sms in inbox.
I´m using MPE on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Is this a knowing problem?

SMS sent status: Failed.
Thanks FJ
But the problem is the same, I have followed all the instructions.
Could it be Win7 64bit/MPE problem?
When sending messages an error appears, but the message was correctly delivered to the recipient
Its a known problem of many newer models. The USB-Signal is low, when sending messages the connection breaks down.
- do NOT use USB-Hubs
- do NOT use the Front-USB of your PC
- use only the rear USB-Port of the PC and use only the delivered USB-cable
- check if the connector on the phone is clean
If it still doesnt work then the only solution is to try it with another PC and/or cable.

I don't think it has directly to do with Win7 or 64bit cause this is a common issue also on XP and Vista.
Please take a look into the devicemanager if the "seehcri"-Driver is installed. It replaces the system-default USB-HUB-Driver, maybe the problem is fixed if this driver is installed. The driver is installed by the PC-Suite but knowbody knows for which task its installed - its just a try.

The PC-Suite does not wait for an answer from phone, thats the reason why its "working" there. If the message can really not be sent (f.e. when no network is avaiable) then you'll get not noticed in the PC-Suite about this.I´ve just tried with SE PC Suite no problem here, I think it´s a issue in MPE.
