Upload sms message back to phone

I downloaded my sms messages to the computer and then deleted them off the phone. Can I upload those messages back onto the phone?

If they are in the message-archive of MPE then you can upload them back. If not -> copy them to archive cause after the next sync MPE will show exactly the content of the phone. Without the messages you did delete on the phone.
