uploading contacts from phone

sorry to be a numpty but I can see the button to download contacts from PC to phone but how do I upload from phone to PC.

"Download entire" - the second button in the toolbar means that you download the whole content from phone to MyPhoneExplorer. All changes which were made in MPE are overwritten. To save changes made in MyPhoneExplorer press the Sync-Button
